i had written appearing in my ba economics application form because the results were out later i have qualified the eligibility. i don't know the process what should i do next.will they ask for it later when they do document verification.or what should I have to do something now

You can call the admission helpline of the concerned university. Moreover, some universities ask you to update your results later. There is also a documents verification before giving admission.
