• Don't worry. 11 and 12th is the most important time for preparing for jee.
• In the beginning you may face some problem, but you will get into track if you work hard
• Once you get the tempo, you have to maintain that.
• Don't loose confidence in the beginning if you get less score.
• Most of the people starts their preparation from class 12th.
• Refer to good books and solve problems until you get confident.
• The most important thing is you shouldn't compromise with concepts,  you have to clear each and every concept, even it takes very long time.

It is not necessary to do a foundation coaching for IIT JEE. You just need to be thorough with the knowledge you are gaining at the school level. You can prepare very well in 11th and 12th. Be it school or coaching, one must be well versed with the concepts. Build your concepts and practice regularly, you can ace through any examination.
