Physics is common subject for every branch in B.tech 1st Year. ECE,ME, EEE & EE will have numerical subject (Physics/Mathematics ) in each semester. CSE & IT will also have few numerical subjects but they have theoretical and programming subjects more. You can not avoid physics subject completely in any branch. Good Luck.
