MAT is an easy exam to crack. You just need to have knowledge of Quant's and reasoning tricks. These two areas are important to focus on. Besides this you must have good knowledge of English and GK. With such a short time, you must focus on solving mocks, rather then buying a new book and studying it. Mocks will give you an idea about the type of questions to focus, and further will guide on how to proceed with your study plan.
