Definitely you can take special coaching from any institute and got placed, but make sure during the placement time you provide the correct information. see all of the companies like tcs, infosys, have some terms and conditions, some times you need to fill the details of how many back log you have in the current time, you may ask in the interview why you got backlog ,  be prepare for that. if you clear the backlog exam then it will be no problem, if your technical skills is good you can surely crack the exam and also get the offer letter.
