The qualifying marks for obc category is 113-146.
The qualifying cutoff marks are given below-
UR/EWS: 720-147 (tel:720147)
OBC: 146-113 (tel:146113)
SC: 146-113 (tel:146113)
ST: 146-113 (tel:146113)
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129 (tel:146129)
Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.This year all India quota the cutoffs may be higher than the other years, that is why any score less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less.For Dental also, you have to get at least 550 marks in Neet if you are a general category student.
You will not be qualified in any counselling. So,there is no chance to get chance in any MBBS College. You may try next year. Don't be disappointed,work hard,you can definitely get chance in next year.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but with 100 marks you cannot get a seat in any medical college be it government or private
This is because,
With 100 marks you have failed to qualify Neet examination
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General 50 720 - 147
UR - PWD 45 146- 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So , a student from OBC category requires at least 113 marks to qualify Neet 2020 examination
So, with 100 marks you have failed in neet and that you cannot get a seat any medical college
