Hey,
Every year the cutoffs vary depending upon the number of candidates,category of the candidates,the difficulty level of the question paper.
However,your score 117 is too low for you to get a BAMS seat.
A score of 450 is generally favourable for a government BAMS seat for general category.

Iam Sorry to say this but with this score it is next to impossible to get admitted into any of the colleges as the cutoffs are really high.I would rather suggest you to appear for NEET again next year with much more preparation.
