As per previous year trends, the lowest score which got admission in NIT through JAM score in Physics under OBC category was 16.39. The admission was given in NIT Srinagar. You would be aware of your score corresponding to 1316 rank, so based on that you can get an idea as to whether or not you will get an admission in NIT in Physics.
I would also like to mention here that the closing ranks and scores vary every year depending upon the number of aspirants, difficulty level of exam and varied other factors.
