Your question is incomplete as you have tagged any college so I can't tell you anything precisely. But I can tell you that with your mentioned marks it is not possible to get any MBBS seat in any government college and even in private college your chances are very low

As the cutoffs are way too high. The government colleges require above 500 score 

Since you qualified neet u can get into private colleges but the fees are very high for management quota
