It is not possible for you to get CSE or IT based on your GMR rank.

But, you can definitely get CSE or IT based on your SC rank i.e. 955.

Based on the last three-year cutoffs i.e. 2016, 2017 and 2018, you can certainly get CSE or IT in Jadavpur University after Round 1.

It is your choice which branch you want but you can get any of them based on your SC rank.
