I assume that by now your backlogs have been cleared. f you have them cleared, then I believe there won't be any problem in getting admission to a good university in Canada. However, you can check on colleges websites for your clarification. If the eligibility criteria requires the student to not have any backlog in any of the semester, then you might not able to get admission in that college. I hope you found this answer helpful.
