Hello!

With 218 marks in NEET 2025 it is very difficult for you to get admission in BHMS as a general category student but if you belong to SC,ST,OBC or EWS  then you can try in less competitive states or last rounds of counselling.

You have chances of getting admission into private BHMS colleges. They generally have lower cutt offs so you can try.

good afternoon, with 218 marks in NEET, you can get admission in BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), but your options will likely be limited to private colleges or semi-government institutions, depending on your category and state quota.

Admission Possibilities with 218 Marks

Government Colleges Unlikely Most government BHMS colleges require 350–500+ marks

Private College Possible Many private BHMS colleges accept students with 200+ marks

State Quota (Reserved) Depends If you belong to SC/ST/OBC and your state has lower cutoffs, you might get a seat

NEET 2025 BHMS Cutoff Snapshot

Expected Cutoff Score

General    50th percentile    686 – 144

OBC/SC/ST    40th percentile    143 – 113

You’ve cleared the qualifying cutoff, so you’re eligible for AYUSH counselling, which includes BHMS admissions.
