Dear Ankita, you havent mentioned the State or Category you belong to. Neverthless, with a score of 230, a seat in a Government College is unlikely. If you belong to Reserved Categories, you might get a seat in a Private College. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher and the marks which managed to secure seats last year havent been able to this year. So unfortunately, 230 is quite a less score for a seat in a Government College.
