Hey!

A marks of 320 will fetch you a rank between 213657-228146. You can check it here

It is quite difficult to accurately predict the chance of getting a medical seat since cut off changes every year depending on previous year. But based on previous year, you have a decent chance of getting a private MANAGEMENT QUOTA seat through All India Counselling for Deemed Universities and through your respective state counselling. Some of the colleges that you have a chance in are -

Shri Laxmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry

Rajarajeshwari Medical College, Bengaluru

Sri Sathya Sai Medical College and RI, Kancheepuram

You can check the NEET cut off here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Hi ,more than 15 lakh medical aspirants appeared in neet ug exam this year. Cutoff changes every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category. We are expecting an increase in cutoff from last year. So according to that you need to score 420+ marks in order to get a seat in good private medical college.
