Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming it to be general. With 350 marks, you have no chance of getting a government dental college. However, you have chances of getting the following deemed colleges-

Sri Siddartha Dental College

Manav Rachna Dental College

JSS Dental College, Mysore
