Hello Yaman
Yes you can get admission in Jamia Milia Islamia college under the muslim minority quota.
With your rank that is a little bit higher than 36k, there are little low chances that you will get CS there, but you will sure shot get EE or ECE there.
If you belong to Muslim OBC /ST, then you would get any branch at Jamia Milia Islamia.
