I have 40% locomotor disability of both hands, that means totally I have 40% disability. the specified disability is congenital synastosis of both forearm. but I am able to write and do all things as a normal man. does I eligible for MBBS.

Hope you are in good health , so the answer to your question is as follows:-

In NEET if you are having 40% and above of disability the you can go for the pwd certificate but as you are saying that you are comfortable with writing and all stuff so and also if you have not made any pwd certificate you can yourself write in NEET and also if you have made pwd certificate and does not ask for a strive then you can yourself write the whole paper but if you ask for a strive in neet application form then you have to show all the details with pwd certificate and strive information and in thsi case your strive is only eligible to write your paper.
