i have 45% in 12 class so i can apply for nit and iit special round selection

Hi

To be eligible for taking admission in NITs and IITs you should hould have scored at least 75%  marks in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category  or you  should get at least 65% in 12th board examination if you belong to SC/ST/PwD category

With 45% in class 12th board examination you fail to fulfill this criteria  and thus you are not eligible for taking admission in NIT and IIT.
