Before anything could be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a chance to get into a good college based on your category. If you want a decent level college you should have achieved a score of 500+ as UR candidate. But you can try the college predictor for further information about colleges:

Hello,
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in karnataka through state quota .
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much  can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
