Sorry,

You are not eligible for CMAT exam if you have score 49% in your graduation,until or unless you are from reserved category(For reserved category 45% is the minimum percentage).

But don't worry,because there are tons of good colleges where graduation marks do not play a major role.So you can get admission easily if you do well in entrance exam.
