Yes of course, with mentioned subjects you are eligible for JEE-Main because as per the eligibility criteria for JEE-Main "the candidate should have passed his/ her 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject). Now for this year to qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22. But as you are in class11th right now so you might be appearing for JEE-Main 2022 or 2023 so you should try to score more than 75% aggregate marks in your class 12th.
