Yes you are surely eligible for neet 19 as the eligibility criteria for neet 19 states that a candidate must have an aggregate of 50% to apply for neet.

Yes you are eligible because a candidate needs 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to appear in NEET.
