Candidates must have minimum 50 (45 percentage for SC, ST and PBC Category candidates) percentage in Law degree course from a recognised College or University. So, you meet this criteria.


Admission into LLM course is based on merit obtained in qualifying exam or College may conduct Entrance Test and Personal Interview depending on the number of applications. In BRM Government Law College, Guwahati the LLM course is 2 years full-time course.


Pattern of Written Test for LLM course: (Total Marks: 200 Marks)

>>1 Essay question - 50 marks -  A topic of current legal problems

>>2 questions on Constitutional Law of India -  50 marks.

>>2 questions on Jurisprudence - 50 marks.

>>2 questions on Indian Penal Code - 50 marks.
