The jee mains 2020 cutoffs score has been released  by nta and for sc category candidates the cutoff percentile score is around 50 percentile.

Now as you have got 53.58 percentile in sc category, then you have just barely qualified the jee mains exam. And therefore you can not get any nit iiits or gftis.

You must try for some other state colleges or some other private institutions like Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology or cv Raman global university.
