For getting admission into IIT's you need to have valid gate score and also have to clear the cutoff since every IITs have different cutoff for gate score and also you need to have minimum 8.0 CGPA in your UG degree. So for you it will be difficult for getting admission in IITs but you can try for other private universities where they conduct their own exams for M.tech admission.

The academic qualification to get a admission for M.Tech at any of the IIT's is that you should have scored 60%  for the unreserved category and almost around 55% for the reserved category in  B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering)/ M.Sc./MCA/MBBS/M.Pharm/B.Pharm (4 year degree)/ BDS (4 year degree) qualifying degree. So you need to meet this basic eligibility criteria.
