No ,. Pradeep with this much of Percentage in Class 12th from any State / Centre / ISCE board you can't be able to take the admission in any of the Government Institution premises including NIT / IIT and all because as per the eligibility norms if you are from General Category then you should have the atleast score of 75% in class 12th & for the other categories like ST / SC / PWD you must have the score of atleast 65% in Class 12th. So better you can try in any other private engineering institutes.
