I have 59 percentage in class 12 can i eligible for Bitsat???

No according to eligibility criteria you must have scored 85% in your higher secondary which is not fulfilled in your case

Hey.

To be eligible to BITSAT you need to have secured minimum 75% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in your 12th boards or equivalent qualifying exam.  You need to have minimum 60% marks in each of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for admission in BTech. Considering this you don't seem to be eligible if your aggregate in PCM is 59%.
