CSE is the top-notch branch of every college all over India and world due to its vast opportunities. So,logically every good college would have higher ranking cutoffs for this branch.As far as your rank is considered,and assuming you in General category(as you did'nt mention),I am sorry but you won't really get good NIT's,but I have still attached a link below which lists down all the probable colleges that you can get with your branch specified. You can try getting some GFTI'S ir some really good private institutes like VIT,BITS or Manipal. Check the link please.
