For getting a call from any baby IIMs percentile required is 60 to 70 percentile for a SC candidates. With category advantage you will probably get a cll at 60 percentile too. Baby IIMs do not require excellent academics and hence you can easily get one.

You have good academic records and also little work experience. If you get few more month's work experience and score a little higher percentile (80+) then you can get a call from top IIMs.
