Hello Abilash. Well the criterion for shortlisting for IIMs change every year. Yes, shortlisting depends upon your Cat score, academic record, work experience and gender diversity. But you cannot control them.

Only thing that you can control is your cat score. Prepare hard and score high and you will definitely get into IIMs.
