I do not know clearly which marks have you mentioned. If you have mentioned your NEET score, you are not even qualifying the cutoff of any category. So, you may not be able to get any courses like MBBS, BAMS, BHMS or any paramedical courses in private colleges also if they offer NEET based admission.

Qualifying cutoff of NEET:-

UR/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129

You can get information about some colleges which grant you admission into BHMS courses through respective entrance exams or through merit without NEET. Otherwise, based on NEET score it is not possible for you to get admission.
