Actually…according to sources the cutoff marks for general category student is 81.

So according to that a positive and safe side score should be around 120(+/-5) …to get into NIT,dgp

So , I think with a score around 120 you'll be able to get get a seat in North eastern nit's .

If you belong to General category there are chances you qualify or not qualify JEE mains, with this much score if you are not under any category you won't get a good NITs and most importantly good branch.

You haven't mentioned your category. So I guess it is general. This year expected cutoff is around 100-105 which means you are short of that. But, don't worry. It's only an expected cutoff. Actual cutoffs are usually lower. So hope for the best.
