As you have mentioned that your neet score is 85 marks whuch indeed are too less to get into bhms or bams. But you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, let me tell you that the cutoff for bhms is as follows :

• 480+ marks for Government colleges
• 430+ marks.for Semi Government colleges
• 350+ marks for Private Medical Colleges.

As you haven't mentioned your category. So, these cutoff are according to the candidates of general category. 

As per these cutoff your chances to get a seat for bhms in private or government medical colleges is almost negligible. With these marks you cannot get a seat neither under 15% All India Quota nor under 85% state quota.
