You have a decent score in MHCET exam as compared to the other candidates. The best college for you depends on the location of college that you prefer and the branch you want to pursue. If you want to pursue your engineering in your home town then colleges nearby you may save you traveling time and give you more time for self study. With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges as mentioned above
