You had score really good marks in your 10+2 exams.

Now choosing a field for higher studies completely depends on your field of intrests. 

Like if you are intrested in doing mbbs/bds go for it. If you like to teach go for b.ed/phd courses. If you like to serve administrative norms go for competitive fields;etc.

So,decide wisely.
