I understand that you have scored the marks  as you have mentioned and now you want to know your odds of getting into IIMs for admission into MBA course and so to answer your question, firstly you have to appear and clear the erstwhile CAT entrance examination with a very high percentile which should be above 96 percentile at least if you seek to take admission into the prominent IIMs.

Now even if you score the desired percentile as it alone won't guarantee your admission, and thus now the marks stated by you comes into play. Usually the people who secure admission into IIMs have a positive growth scale in their marks or percentage segregation from class 10th up till graduation. Simply put, the marks gradually increases with each level, for instance:

Class X: 90% , Class XII: 92% and Graduation: 9.3 or better.

But that's not substantial as if you score a high enough percentile in CAT and also perform well in the interview then you would most definitely secure admission into prominent IIMs.
