Hi there. In response to your query the answer would pretty much depend on two things. First of all the eligibility criteria in a specific University you are aiming in Canada, as sometimes some of them have age criteria in their bachelor's degree requirements. Secondly if you have a gap in education of a longer duration they would probably expect a justification of the same while you're submitting your Statement of Purpose, and during other steps probably. If you can convince them enough then your admission would be much smoother.
