If you are applying for JEE Advance it have specied that what documents you have to upload to register yourself for the entrance.

Other than the specified document should not be uploaded as it may hamper your rwgistration process or you won't be able to give the exam.

SO better check again in the official site and get the documents uploaded which are specified. no other files should be uploaded.
