i got 74% in 12th so i decided to give for recheckinging for jee adv then how can i upload my 12th certificate on jee adv website ?

Rechecking of copy of board will be very late . This year you can't upload the new certificate because they will not announce result after rechecking soon.
Try for next year to get in to IIT .
