To get a seat in MBBS , you have to qualify NEET - the medical entrance in India. NEET is solely based on 11th and 12th physics , chemistry and biology and you need to ace the exam to get a seat. So unfortunately , a participation seat in Nationals Handball isn't going to help you. However , it will look good in your resume in the future.
