hello

as you have domicile of the J&K. you are elligible for the state quota only,you dont have any chances to participate in the all india quota seats. But NTA has sent request to J&K UT administration to participate in 15% AIQ ,perhaps from next year J&K will b included in AIQ .But there was no official information till now.
