After appearing for Class 12 in 2020 and JEE Main in 2020, you will have a total of four JEE Main attempts in 2021 and will be eligible to take JEE Main in 2022.

Having appeared for Class 12 in 2020 and appeared in JEE Main 2020, You effectively have total of 4 attempts in JEE Main in 2021 as well as you are eligible for attempting  JEE Main in 2022.

A candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that is 10+2 or its equivalent. If you have passed in the 10+2 examination in the year 2020 then you can appear for JEE Main 2020, 2021 and 2022. As 2020 had already passed you can appear for JEE Main in 2021 and 2022.
