Hi Shivam, since you have given your 12th standard from Himachal Pradesh, hence Himachal Pradesh is your home state for Neet and uttarakhand CANNOT BE CONSIDERED for state quota counselling. Your state quota counselling is valid only for Himachal Pradesh
