For admission to Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT) Noida, you'll need a minimum of 60% in your Class 12th overall (55% for SC/ST candidates). The minimum requirements are for the overall aggregate, not just PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
