Hope you are doing well .Defence quota is not applicable in every state. There are only a few states that conduct counseling on the basis of defence quota. These 13 states are
Assam
Delhi
Haryana
Himachal Pradesh
Jammu and Kashmir
Karnataka
Kerala
Madhya Pradesh
Maharashtra
Punjab
Rajasthan
Tripura
Uttarakhand
Apart from these states, you can also apply for AFMC pune
And cutoff depends on the level of question paper and number of students.
