The medical council of India has issued guidelines for the person with disabilities(pwd) to check their eligibility for medical/dental courses in India. The national testing agency will conduct NEET (ug) 2020.

Candidates having as extent of disability 40% to 80% only are eligible for neet , yes you can be considered as pwd candidate.
