Btech is professional course and demand of btech is very very high so getting admission in btech in NIT is compartively very very difficult than MCA in NIT. Moreover placements of btech are very very high than mca because creamy students comes in btech batch who work very very hard almost 10-12hour every day so definately they will get good job . SO its nothing like better in It , its totallt up on your skills , it will not matter what will you do btech or mca , but yes if you are doing bca then go for mca too
