Pressure is only good for tires not for people.

So no pressure, and everything is going to be fine.

It is not necessary, if you feel comfortable without dupatta. It totally depends upon you, how you are going to carry yourself so that you feel confident enough. Sometimes dupatta may come handy, but if it's not matching the situation, no need to carry it.
