You can mail them regarding your query or contact the officials at 0120 -6895200.It looks like some techincal problem and they should resolve your problem!

Dear student,
Try to download the confirmation letter from some other device, you can even try in incognito mode. Make sure you are entering your correct details. There might be a problem with the server as the site is having heavy traffic these days, but if you are not able to download the confirmation letter then you can take help from the cyber cafe near your house even.
