Hello Aspirant,

There is no information about the conduct of PUBDET from official sources.

From the year 2021, the WBJEEB has prevented the implementation of Common Entrance Exams unless and until there is a relevant Verdict given by the concerned authority.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) administers this exam to select candidates for reception into Bachelor's degree in arts and science domains of Presidency University, Kolkata. There are different entrance exams for different subjects. Candidates can apply for two subjects in this exam.

The eligibility norms include

  • should have cleared the 10+2 exam administered by West Bengal or comparable exam conducted by the identified board.
  • The subjects must be five in number and identified, comprising English language and omitting EVS. The total marks will be taken from the promising four subjects.

I hope it helps.

Thank you.
